Return & Exchange Policy

Glitzlens cares about every order. If there is an issue with your product, we are happy to exchange it within 7 days.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Product has manufacturing defects (e.g., torn lens, scratched lens)
  • Received wrong model or wrong color from the order
  • Product is still sealed and in perfect condition with original packaging

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Product that has been opened and used (for eye hygiene reasons)
  • Product reported after 7 days from the delivery date

Exchange Timeline

Request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting us via LINE Official (@glitzlens) or Instagram DM (@glitzlens). Please include photos of the product issue and your order number.

Exchange Process

  2. 2Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days
  3. 3Ship the defective product back to Glitzlens (per shipping cost conditions)
  4. 4Glitzlens ships a replacement product within 1-3 business days

Return Shipping Cost

  • If caused by Glitzlens (wrong model, defective product) — Glitzlens covers all shipping costs
  • Other cases (e.g., change of mind, sealed product) — customer covers return shipping cost
