Glitzlens cares about every order. If there is an issue with your product, we are happy to exchange it within 7 days.
Eligible for Exchange
- ✓Product has manufacturing defects (e.g., torn lens, scratched lens)
- ✓Received wrong model or wrong color from the order
- ✓Product is still sealed and in perfect condition with original packaging
Not Eligible for Exchange
- ✗Product that has been opened and used (for eye hygiene reasons)
- ✗Product reported after 7 days from the delivery date
Exchange Timeline
Request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting us via LINE Official (@glitzlens) or Instagram DM (@glitzlens). Please include photos of the product issue and your order number.
Exchange Process
- 1Report the issue via LINE Official or Instagram DM with photos and your order number
- 2Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days
- 3Ship the defective product back to Glitzlens (per shipping cost conditions)
- 4Glitzlens ships a replacement product within 1-3 business days
Return Shipping Cost
- ✓If caused by Glitzlens (wrong model, defective product) — Glitzlens covers all shipping costs
- ✓Other cases (e.g., change of mind, sealed product) — customer covers return shipping cost
